Corporate Social Responsibility is getting more and more familiar in Vietnam but mostly in large corporations. While Vietnam has a big amount of small and medium business(SMEs) with their contribute of 50% to the national economical growth and holding almost 90% of labor workforce. VietNam SMEs according to reports from international experts are still lacking their competitiveness in sustainable development. This has been due no a neglect of attention from business to social responsibilities that has been becoming more and more important topic in business world. Understand this challenge, KIBV work together with local business to raise awareness of corporate social responsibility so they would take more initiates and action toward sustainability. KIBV helps them to design suitable program to apply for specific business type and staffs so business could actively involve into sustainable development and meet the expectation from the world changing economy.
